Welcome to Noura. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Noura app and services ("Noura," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Noura, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Noura.
Noura is a learning-by-teaching platform. You teach an AI student about a subject, and the AI helps you learn by asking questions, checking your understanding, and speaking with you in voice mode. Noura also offers features such as subjects, uploads, fact-checking, and progress tracking. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your region to use Noura. If you are a minor, you may use Noura only with the permission and supervision of a parent, guardian, or teacher.

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload ("Your Content"). By using Noura, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the service — including sending it to our AI providers to generate responses, transcribe your voice, and fact-check what you teach. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to use it.
Noura uses artificial intelligence. AI responses, transcriptions, spoken replies, and fact-checks may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Noura is an educational aid and does not provide professional, medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice. Always verify important information independently. You use AI-generated content at your own discretion and risk.
Noura may offer free and paid plans. Pricing and features shown in the app are for information and may change. Where payments are enabled, applicable fees, billing terms, and any refund policy will be presented at the point of purchase. Some paid features may be previews and not yet available for purchase.
Noura, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Noura without our permission.
Noura relies on third-party providers (including Supabase, Anthropic, NVIDIA, and Google) to function. Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Noura is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noura and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using Noura and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Noura after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Noura is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
